Sand Cubes
This residence is located in the resort town of Palanga. A synthesis of a privacy and natural surrounding. The seaside sand and the pines surrounding the plot inspired the concept of “sand cubes”. The pines growing on and around the plot create an impression of grace, lightness and transparency. The “sand” volumes of the building hang above the ground in green-tinted glass arrays like a pine crown.

These are the lightweight “sand cubes.”
Facade decoration – sandstone. Composing different heights volumes creates the image and sense of movement and human-scale composition.
Design
The interior “interacts” with the environment of the courtyard and the resort through the windows
The context of the seaside and sand dunes is reflected in the decoration of the facades.
