The unique views of Vilnius Old Town, the river valley, and the hills influenced the solutions of the facades of the maximum horizontal view. They become a unique architectural-engineering design that protects the building from cold, wind, sun and creates a constantly changing, non-static image of the complex at the same time.
The Quadrum office complex in Vilnius, Konstitucijos Avenue, was recognized as the best office building for service centers at the annual Central and Eastern European Service Center Awards in Warsaw. Central and Eastern European Service Center Awards

Quadrum is a business city that combines the features of a reduced city model: here is designed few public spaces, cafes and restaurants, sports and business clubs, kindergarten, bank, conference center, offices, open art gallery. Separate outdoor and indoor spaces exhibit publicly available works by famous artists – Ž. Kempinas, I. Krunglevičius.
Inside the building the vision of organics is followed in order to use unhidden construction structures and engineering systems. This is not only an aesthetic approach, but also a guarantee of the sustainability of the building (the concrete serves as an energy accumulator, cold beams not only heat and cool, but also work as light lamps, acoustic elements). The monochrome palette (concrete, gray aluminum, metal, carpets) is enriched by the walls of natural oak acoustic panels – a contrast that creates the impression of coziness, a kind of extension of the idea reflected in the exterior combination of high-tech facades and pine (wood).
