                                The urban fabric of the newly established Vilnius Central Business District in \u0160nipi\u0161k\u0117s is still in the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>transformation phase, therefore it is important to strive for structural unity and integrity. Emerging\u00a0<\/span><\/span>quarters and urban axes highlight the important parts: the high-rise center, the river valley, the old\u00a0<\/span><\/span>part of \u0160nipi\u0161k\u0117s as well as the axis of Konstitucijos Avenue and Lvivo Street.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

                                The binary composition of the complex not only reflects the different urban codes, but also shows a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>kind of intersection of the<\/span><\/span> natural<\/span><\/span> (natural, flowing) and<\/span><\/span> anthropological<\/span><\/span> (restrained, closed). The river,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>which used to flow here, turns into a flowing,<\/span><\/span> transparent structure of light and glass<\/span><\/span> in the building,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>which penetrates the<\/span><\/span> monolithic, dark \u201ccity wall\u201d<\/span><\/span> filled with traditional windows.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

                                The flow that reaches the park becomes a diffuse, dissolving structure that becomes a kind of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>transition of the perimeter quarter to another morphological structure, the park space. This flow and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>melting is emphasized by the multi-level terrace system.
