The architectural concept of the project was inspired by an interesting context. The intersection of\u00a0 K\u0119stu\u010dio \/ S\u0117li\u0173 stands out for its multi-layered context, a kind of borderline between history and the future. A solution was found that meets the most modern architectural and technological criteria. The architectural concept was based on a synergy of the context. It was important not only to offer a volume composition suitable for \u017dv\u0117rynas urban code, but also to ensure openings to the surroundings, letting in the light, accumulating solar and rain energy, maximizing the amount of public spaces and functions, increasing the area of green areas<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
