                              The perimeter building ensemble is divided into
                              \nseparate buildings, which emphasize outward\u0002facing cornices and sloping roofs of glass
                              \nstructures. This creates a contextual volumetric
                              \nmodel of buildings. The facades facing the enclosed
                              \nbut spacious courtyard are formed from hanging
                              \nvolumes with terraces and loggia cutouts that
                              \ncontributes to creating a pulsating, smaller-scale
                              \nvolume while ensuring the privacy for residents.
                              \nThe most distinctive architectural element is the
                              \nstructure of the double facade, which not only helps
                              \nto form the Algirdo Street, but is visible from the
                              \nfirst two floors in the facades of all buildings as
