The architectural idea of the Teltonika Hightech
\nHill complex is influenced on the company\u2019s vision
\nand surroundings of the plot. Since ancient times
\npeople have settled on the higher elevations such as
\nmountains or hills in order to preserve their
\nresources, to show their power or to protect themselves. The semantic connection between the
\nHigh-tech company and the Highlands location
\nbecomes an essential feature of the project. On the
\nground floor of utilitarian premises, a hill is and at
\nthe top of it the real creative life and recreation of
\nthe company community takes place. From the
\noutside – it is a solid, shining structure, while the
\ninside remains full of mystery, cozy spaces,
\ngreenery, windless warmth and silence. Individual
\nvolumes, like a team of rowers, combine their
\npower into a single energy-complex. The console
\npart by the main street is rising from the hill not
\nonly to symbolize the rise and innovation of a
\nthriving company, but to invite to enter the indoors

                                  The functional model of the complex is based on
                                  \noptimal accessibility. The most rational star\u0002structure scheme is chosen, where the main
                                  \naccess is at the first level and the main
                                  \ncompanies are concentrated around it. On the
                                  \nground floor there are exhibition premises,
                                  \nlaboratories, catering, sports and production
                                  \nfacilities. A central courtyard\/park is established
                                  \non the second level. The upper floors are
                                  \nreserved for administration and creativity hubs.
                                  \nIn the back, further from the main street and
                                  \ncloser to the logistics hub, a production is
                                  \nconcentrated. The main car parking has been
                                  \ndesigned in the center of the town. In the north\u0002east an area is reserved for the new factory

                                  \nconnected to the main bicycle storage in the
                                  \nbuilding, thus motivating employees to take
                                  \nadvantage of this environmentally friendly mode
                                  \nof transport. Entrances to the area are
                                  \nhierarchized, separating the visitors from
                                  \nemployees and production logistics. On the west
                                  \nside pedestrian connections to the future Vilnius
