The architectural concept of the complex is formed by drawing the continuity of the \u201curban axis\u201d, a three-part composition of the volumes framing the axis from the sides combined with the volume of the covered square<\/i>, which \u201cbends the axis\u201d. The division of the volume also corresponds to the building program and the relation of the selected functions to the environment. Office and hotel buildings are separated. The office building is designed next to the Constitution Avenue (main symbol of city\u2018s economic power). <\/span>The hotel remains with more favorable solar conditions, less noise, proximity to nature and the Old Town. In the urban fabric two dominant building directions can be distinguished. Both of them are reflected in the architecture of the complex. The main functions of the complex are combined in the covered square<\/i> on the first floor and in the observation hoop on the sixth floor. The latter includes the functions of a spa, restaurants and meeting rooms. It is a kind of public space of the city just raised above the ground, providing great views of Konstitucijos Avenue, the Neris River and the Old Town of Vilnius.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

An underground passage is traced under the entire complex, which connects the park space with the underground passage of Konstitucijos Avenue, as well as through vertical connections with the new complex, underground parking lot. On the first floor of the complex there are reception areas of the office complex, hotel reception areas, a common conference hall center, restaurants and cafes, commercial premises. <\/span>Meeting rooms, open office workplaces and business libraries are formed on the balconies and terraces. Vertical brass\/bronze blinds are used for building decoration, which not only helps to create the right scale, but also effectively prevents the overheating. <\/span>Environmental factors fundamentally influence the concept. The volume composition is formed to avoid disruption the visual axis of the White Bridge, the main dominants of the urban hill are clearly visible.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
