These are the villas that have emerged on former fishermen’s estate, right by the sea as the fish on the coast. The privacy is combined with the benefits of living in a safe, enclosed community. The scenery of the sea opens up from the second floor through brown, like fish eyes, bay windows. The volumes move in relation to each other, thus forming individual spaces for each inhabitant while preserving the pines that abound in the plot. “Fish scales” (natural split stone) facades and rusted steel bay windows and balconies – sustainable and timeless materials that emphasize the nature and the roughness of coastal life
