Excellent location – just a few kilometers away from the city center of Vilnius. The outskirts of the regional park, a plot on a slope, between an already formed mixed-use buildings context. Like all in one – the nature and the city, the bustle of the city and peace of mind. The opportunity to live close to the city and to enjoy nature at the same time encouraged customers to buy this plot and look for a suitable architectural solution. Objections provoked solution. It is a project looking for a solution between two opposites.

City (chaotic and intense urban context) – Nature (opening to natural nature, slope. Harmony)
Noise (city noise, public street, multi-apartment courtyard) – Peace (privacy, semi-enclosed courtyard, opening to nature)
Architectural geometry (insensitive, strict architecture of nearby buildings) – Natural plastic (organic relief changes, steep slope, trees, shrubs).
City scale (nearby 5-storey multi-apartment buildings) – Scale of a residential house (traditional, villa building has been preserved in the territory, the traditional wooden house used to stand in this place. Materiality)
Outdoor / Exterior (creation of a common space in front of the building, covering, separation, blindness) – Interior (opening of living premises to a covered inner yard, covered terraces as intermediate spaces which expands, connects and opens to nature)
