The architectural concept of the project was inspired by an interesting context. The intersection of  Kęstučio / Sėlių stands out for its multi-layered context, a kind of borderline between history and the future. A solution was found that meets the most modern architectural and technological criteria. Emphasis is placed on the ambition to create a sustainable environment in all aspects (physical and social).
